About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and procedures across various product lines. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and the ability to drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process evaluation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams virtually to uphold the highest standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance plans and strategies.
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain documentation related to quality procedures, records, and certifications.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role.
- Thorough understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
