About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust quality assurance plans and strategies.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to quality procedures, records, and certifications.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
