Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join their quality management team. This fully remote position is critical for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy, in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that govern our client's operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external regulatory inspections.
• Review and approve documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide quality assurance support and training to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and other relevant pharmaceutical quality regulations.
• Experience with QMS software and documentation control systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
