About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Norwich . This hybrid role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance standards and procedures across manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring product compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Quality Management).
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-site capacity.
