Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage documentation related to quality control, including SOPs, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical quality control tools.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
