Quality Bids & Proposals Lead

Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a Quality Bids & Proposals Coordinator in Ampthill to lead quality activities across bid development. You will ensure customer requirements are understood, costed, planned and incorporated into compliant, competitive proposals.

The role requires experience in quality engineering, knowledge of AS9100, and strong stakeholder management. You will develop BOEs, align quality with operations, and contribute to a robust bid library and templates.
