Quality Control Analyst

About the Role

Our client requires a diligent Quality Control Analyst to join their laboratory team. This on-site position is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of product quality within their pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will perform a variety of analytical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet strict specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products using various laboratory techniques.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Document all testing activities accurately and in compliance with GMP regulations.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations, and escalate any out-of-specification (OOS) results for further investigation.
• Participate in method validation and transfer activities as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience (1-2 years) in a Quality Control laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and titration.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting data.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a laboratory setting.
