Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Utilize various measurement and testing tools to verify product dimensions and performance.
• Identify and document non-conforming products, initiating the process for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all established quality control procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
