About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead their quality assurance efforts in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control strategies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and train the quality control team, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the R&D and production departments to ensure quality is integrated from product design to final output.
• Manage documentation related to quality assurance, including SOPs and compliance records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
