Our client is seeking a Quality Control Operative to join their production team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Quality Control Operative your duties will include:

• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identifying product defects and determining potential root causes.
• Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
• Working closely with production teams to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring all quality procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

An ideal candidate for the Quality Control Operative role will have:

• Strong attention to detail.
• A good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• The ability to identify defects and determine root causes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
