Quality Control Representative

Job Summary

As a Quality Control Representative, you will be responsible for the quality of work for the specified area of responsibility at any of our brick‑and‑mortar, mobile, or on‑site locations at an OEM prestige motor manufacturer in Solihull. The right person will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, be a proactive problem solver, and strive to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. There is a 90‑day probationary period and career progression opportunities available.

Core Duties

• Check the installation performance
• Report installation performance
• Coordinate joint inspection planning as required with the business customer
• Move vehicles around installation facility
• Assist the team with day‑to‑day tasks
• Perform final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
• Have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to be on time
• Ability to drive high‑end vehicles comfortably and safely
• Experience with MS Office
• Good listening and instruction‑follow skills
• Attention to detail
• Consistently work well in a fast‑paced environment

Shift Requirements

• Morning Shift: 6:00AM – 2:00PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00PM – 10:00PM

Shift schedule will rotate every two weeks. Flexibility to work both shifts is essential.

Compensation

£34,372.00 per annum.
