We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Leader for a high-precision manufacturing business in Poole. You will lead the QC team, oversee inspection and testing activities and play a key role in developing the team, driving continuous improvement and supporting new products and processes.

Lead and manage the QC team, including daily workload planning, setting targets and monitoring performance Oversee quality inspection and testing, supporting inspection activities and measurement techniques Develop team performance, ensuring effective induction, training, competency, probation reviews, and ongoing development. Drive quality and process improvement by implementing improvement initiatives and supporting NPI. Quality Control Team Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry in a quality control position. Strong technical competence and decision-making capability Supervisory/Team Leadership experience is highly desirable Quality Control Team Leader Company Benefits
