You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing and inspections throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring that all products meet specified requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Document all inspection and test results accurately, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical qualifications in quality control are advantageous.
- Previous experience working as a Quality Control Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with various quality control tools, techniques, and measurement devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to report findings clearly and concisely.
