Quality Control Technician

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and technically skilled Quality Control Technician to join their manufacturing team in Milton Keynes . This role is vital in ensuring that all manufactured products meet stringent quality standards before they reach customers. You will perform various tests and inspections, meticulously document findings, and work closely with production teams to address any deviations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the integrity of our client's products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Perform routine testing on raw materials, components, and finished goods using appropriate equipment.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming products or processes to relevant departments.
• Assist in the investigation of quality issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure all testing and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Control Technician or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment relevant to manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication skills to report findings effectively.
