Quality Engineer (Progression to Quality manager)
Port Talbot
£45,000 to £50,000 + Great work-life balance + Training + Pension + Company Benefits
Are you a Quality Engineer or similar looking to join a well-established growing business offering amazing work-life balance where you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and can progress into a Quality Manager position?

This role would suit a Quality Engineer or similar with experience in manufacturing, knowledge of ISO standards, and a passion for continuous improvement who is looking for a great work-life balance and progression opportunities.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities across production, manage audits, drive corrective actions, support health & safety initiatives, and work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
The Role:
Leading quality assurance and product conformity throughout production
Managing quality audits and maintaining ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
Great Work-Life balance
Rotating shift pattern: one week Friday off the next Friday is a half day
Supporting HSE activities including risk assessments and safety complianceThe Person:
Quality Engineer or similar background
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 compliances
Knowledge of PPAP, DFMA, IPC wiring standards, Six Sigma, or similar
