Quality Engineer

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking to take ownership of quality within a well-established engineering business?

Our client , is looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to join their QHSE team at their Birmingham site.

Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting customer and supplier quality activities, leading investigations and ensuring compliance with recognised quality standards.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Managing customer and supplier quality issues
• Driving Continuous Improvement projects
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Maintaining Quality Management Systems
• Working with Operations and Supply Chain teams
• Supporting APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and related quality activities

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous Quality Engineer experience
• Regulated manufacturing background
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO9001
• Root Cause Analysis
• 8D
• FMEA
• Internal Auditing
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Package

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:15pm

Friday finish at 1pm
