Are you a proactive Quality Engineer with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for solving problems on the shop floor?
We're looking for an energetic, hands-on individual who doesn't wait for issues to come to them. Someone who enjoys being visible in production, investigating problems at source, and driving improvements that have a real impact on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing business where you'll play a key role in supporting production teams, resolving quality concerns quickly, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
The Role
As Quality Engineer, you'll work closely with Production, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality standards are maintained and enhanced throughout the manufacturing process.
You'll be a key point of contact for quality matters, taking ownership of investigations, driving corrective actions, and supporting the business in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on quality support to production teams, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed their career within a manufacturing environment and have a proactive approach to quality management.
Requirements
- HNC, HND, Degree, or Apprenticeship qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline.
