Drive supplier quality improvement activities and support corrective action reviews Provide hands-on Quality Engineer support across the manufacturing facility Resolve non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques Conduct and support internal, supplier, and process audits Participate in NPI projects, ensuring quality conformance throughout the project lifecycle Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce the cost of poor quality As a Quality Engineer, your experience will include:
A Degree, HNC, or NVQ in a Quality, Engineering, or technical subject (or equivalent industry experience) Competent use of Root Cause Analysis techniques Knowledge of NPI processes Competency in supplier quality practices and processes 6 months or more in a high volume manufacturing environment Computer and Microsoft software literacy If you're looking for a Quality Engineer role where your standards genuinely shape the outcome, this could be the next step.
