Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting customers and suppliers, and ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Managing customer quality concerns, complaints, investigations, and corrective actions. Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining quality management system requirements. Working closely with suppliers to improve quality performance and resolve supplier-related issues. Updating quality documentation including Control Plans, PFMEAs, SOPs, and inspection standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role in manufacturing. Experience handling customer complaints and non-conformance investigations. Understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. HNC/HND qualification in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
