Quality Engineering Lead (Hybrid) - Data-Driven Quality

Smith+Nephew in Hull seeks a Quality Engineering Lead to ensure quality, compliance and continuous improvement of medical devices throughout their lifecycle. You will mentor Quality Engineers, oversee changes, and drive data-driven quality initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years in quality and engineering with Lean Six Sigma (Green belt minimum) and ISO13485 knowledge. Hybrid working model and strong analytical skills are essential.
