About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Utilize various measurement and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
• Document all inspection results accurately in the quality management system.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming products, initiating the non-conformance reporting process.
• Liaise with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
