Quality Inspector

We are supporting a leading aerospace business with the recruitment of a Quality Inspector to join their team at their Prestwick facility where you will be responsible for routine inspections of aerospace/fuel control components in line with approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess products to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

• Accurately record inspection results and report any findings or issues.

• Use basic technical inspection equipment and tools.

• Follow established procedures, quality standards and operating guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider operation to support quality and delivery objectives.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and consistency.

About You

• UK technical trade apprenticeship or equivalent aviation/aerospace qualification or alternatively a minimum of 2 years' aeronautical experience.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Comfortable working to defined procedures and quality standards.

• Good technical communication and record-keeping skills.

• Minimum age of 21 required due to aviation regulations.

Package/Benefits

• Starting salary band £33k–£38k depending on experience and qualifications.
