Metallic & Composite Quality Inspectors - Motorsport | Oxfordshire

Shorterm Group are currently recruiting experienced Quality Inspectors to work with one of our leading motorsport customers based in Oxfordshire, supporting their 2026/27 car build programme. We are looking for both Metallic and Composite Quality Inspectors, with various shifts available. Contract: 6 months initially, with potential to extend Start: Week commencing 5th October 2026 Location: Oxfordshire Rates: £26.00 - £41.00 per hour, depending on experience and grade Engagement: Umbrella Shifts available:

• Days: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30
• Nights: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30
• Weekends: Friday-Sunday, 07:30-18:00 We are particularly interested in inspectors with experience in motorsport, aerospace, automotive or other high-precision manufacturing environments. Experience across areas such as:
• Engineering drawing interpretation
• GD&T
• Metrology / inspection equipment
• Manual inspection
• CMM / PC-DMIS
• Composite or metallic components
