Quality Manager

Our client is looking for a hands-on, proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality function, drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards across their manufacturing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys combining people leadership, quality systems, problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in developing a strong culture of quality across the organisation, ensuring products, processes and systems consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations

Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Job Description

Lead and develop the Quality Team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and managing performance. Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audits, certification and compliance. Promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business. Oversee manufacturing QA/QC, including non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions, scrap, rework and concessions. Support New Product Introduction through testing requirements, FMEA and production quality planning.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge and practical experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Previous experience of leading, managing and developing a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
