About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy mathematical models for derivative pricing, risk management, and algorithmic trading.
- Implement and test quantitative strategies using programming languages such as Python, C++, or R.
- Conduct rigorous backtesting and performance analysis of developed models and strategies.
- Collaborate with front-office and technology teams to integrate quantitative solutions into production environments.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for model enhancement.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends in quantitative finance.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Analyst in investment banking, hedge funds, or asset management.
- Expertise in stochastic calculus, probability theory, statistical modeling, and numerical methods.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or R, with experience in data manipulation and scientific computing libraries.
- Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, and risk management concepts.
