Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and trading strategies.

- Collaborate with front-office teams to understand their needs and translate them into quantitative solutions.
- Write high-quality code in languages such as Python, C++, or R for model implementation and data analysis.
- Conduct rigorous back-testing and validation of developed models.
- Stay current with academic research and industry best practices in quantitative finance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quantitative Analyst in the financial industry.
- Expertise in mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and time series analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or R, and experience with relevant libraries.
- Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, and trading systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
