Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement quantitative models for market risk, credit risk, and operational risk assessment.
• Perform rigorous back-testing and validation of existing risk models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Analyze large datasets to identify risk trends, patterns, and potential vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to the development of risk reporting frameworks and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with trading desks, portfolio managers, and IT teams to integrate risk management solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in quantitative finance, risk modeling techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Financial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within risk management in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or MATLAB.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management principles.
• Experience with statistical modeling, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
