Quantity Surveyor - Cashflow & Subcontract Leader

Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Dartford to join a major developer/contractor with an expanding workload in HA, BTR and private residential development. You will be responsible for day-to-day commercial activity and report to a visiting Commercial Manager.

Your duties include cashflow reporting, valuations and payments, and managing subcontract accounts to support project delivery and profitability, with training and development opportunities within a growing team.
