Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Company Car and Expenses

A Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out / Construction professional is required to join an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Bristol.
This Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out / Construction role is ideal for an experienced commercial professional with a background in fit-out, shopfitting, construction or a similar environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects across the Bristol to London corridor, combining office-based work with regular site visits.
The Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out / Construction position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects within an established business. Location
The role is based from the company's Bristol office, with projects located between Bristol and London.
The successful candidate will typically work from the Bristol office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining time spent visiting projects and supporting delivery across the region.

Identifying commercial risks and opportunities

Attending project sites across the Bristol to London area

Working collaboratively with delivery teams to support successful completion
The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience within fit-out, construction, shopfitting or a related sector. Experience working on commercial projects and the ability to manage multiple projects across different locations would be advantageous.
The role would suit someone who is comfortable balancing office-based commercial duties with regular site exposure.
