Join a well-established regional main contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects. Due to continued workload and the need for immediate support, they're looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor on either a permanent or freelance basis to join their close-knit commercial team

The Role

Taking commercial responsibility across live projects, reporting into the Commercial Director Supporting James, who also undertakes surveying duties Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts Completing project documentation and commercial handover paperwork Site Based in Isleworth, London Current Projects

33-unit residential scheme (£7m) – 6 weeks remaining before spend-stop in early September 95-unit residential phase – due to commence immediately afterwards (18-month programme) £5m car showroom, Billingshurst, West Sussex What they're looking for
