The role will initially focus on two live projects that are approaching completion, with the Eccles project benefiting from a significant £10m variation which is expected to extend the contract through to March/April 2027.
You'll take responsibility for the commercial management of the projects, working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure strong commercial control and successful project delivery.
The business operates across energy, utilities and infrastructure, providing exposure to technically complex projects and opportunities to develop your career within a growing organisation.

Salary of £60,000+, depending on experience 25 days' annual leave 8% pension contribution Minimum 3 days per week on site, with potential flexibility Opportunity to work across Eccles and Shetland projects Long-term opportunities within an expanding infrastructure business Potential to progress and take on additional responsibility as projects develop Opportunity to build experience across the energy/utilities sector

Experience within energy or utilities is preferred but not essential.
We're also open to speaking with candidates who are currently operating at a Trainee/Assistant QS level and are ready to step up into a Quantity Surveyor position, provided they have the appropriate commercial experience.
