Quantity Surveyor

A UK-wide Quantity Surveying consultancy that continues to grow is seeking either an MRICS Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor working towards completing their APC, for their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a dynamic team of over 20 Quantity Surveyors who typically work across a well-balanced mix of projects, including hotels, residential and healthcare. They currently have an array of commercial and office fit-out projects to get stuck into immediately.

In this role, you'll take on a Project Quantity Surveyor position, handling the day-to-day responsibilities across the commercial projects. You'll then take on a more supporting role across the larger and more complex projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar MRICS or working towards 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience Good pre and post contract knowledge Commercial project experience would be preferred Previous experience within a cost consultancy / PQS practiceIn Return?
