Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
*
Cost planning, valuations and financial reporting.
*
Managing variations and commercial risk.

Working closely with project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
*
Supporting continuous improvement across the commercial function.
What We're Looking For
*
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
*
Strong commercial knowledge across the project lifecycle.
*
Able to manage projects from start to finish.
*
Organised, proactive and solutions focused.
*
Excellent communication skills.
*
Modular construction experience is advantageous but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a forward-thinking business that values initiative, ambition and continuous development
