Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background.
Candidates must have experience working on high-end luxury residential new build, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
Key requirements:
- Main contractor experience
- Luxury residential project experience
- Strong commercial and cost-management skills
- Experience with valuations, variations, subcontractors and final accounts
