Key Responsibilities

• Manage the cost of a construction project, including estimates, budgets, and valuations.
• Prepare and submit tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage variations.
• Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve commercial issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor , ideally within a main contractor or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
