You will play a critical role in managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures, ensuring that projects remain on budget and that all contractual obligations are met. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and negotiate tenders and cost estimates for projects.
• Manage and monitor project costs, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
