Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor based in Bournemouth on a stadia project. Due to the scale of the project, the company are now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued at around £85m looking after large subcontractor packages such as groundworks and MEP.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

Manage subcontract procurement Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

Have a HNC / degree in construction-based field Have administered JCT form of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Bournemouth
