South Yorkshire £50,000–£60,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance

Join a growing specialist contractor and take a key commercial role delivering drylining and interiors projects up to £2m.

The Role

Manage the commercial aspects of drylining projects up to £2m Complete site measures, variations and valuations Prepare payment applications and CVRs Attend site meetings and manage final accounts Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team Opportunity to support with estimating and tendering duties

About You

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Background in drylining, interiors or subcontracting Strong commercial and IT skills Good understanding of valuations, variations and final accounts Full UK driving licence
