The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial ownership of your projects – from site procurement through to final account. You’ll be working on a variety of residential schemes and will be fully involved in all aspects of cost planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and issuing trade specifications and tender packages Tender analysis and subcontractor appointment Managing subcontractor packages and attending pre-start meetings Ensuring health & safety compliance is in place pre-construction Budget management and cost reporting Site measurements, valuations, and managing final accounts Liaising with internal and external teams to drive commercial success What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housebuilding/residential development sector Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hands-on approach Ability to run your own projects independently Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving licence (regular site travel required) What’s on Offer:
