About the role
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor thinking about a fresh start working for a leading house builder? I am currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join my client’s growing Yorkshire team based in Wakefield, with hybrid working available. As a Quantity Surveyor you will work within an established commercial team, supporting them on various developments throughout the Yorkshire region.
Responsibilities
- Regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream and managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team.
- Collaborative working with all external and internal stakeholders, including mentoring/managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the growth of the hub.
- Working on a portfolio of projects predominately involving new build housing schemes.
- Hybrid working available.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate general construction knowledge.
- Experience of delivering projects under NEC and JCT Forms of Contract.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
