Quantity Surveyors – All Levels Social Housing / Planned Maintenance Upminster/ Basildon / London £45,000 – £95,000+ depending on experience

Hawkes Resourcing Group are working with an established social housing and refurbishment contractor who are looking to speak with strong commercial professionals at all levels as the business continues to grow.

We are keen to hear from:

• Assistant Quantity Surveyors

• Quantity Surveyors

• Senior Quantity Surveyors

• Managing Quantity Surveyors

• Commercial Managers

The business delivers planned maintenance, refurbishment and capital works across the social housing sector, with projects throughout Essex, London and the surrounding areas.

This could suit someone already working within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or a similar contracting environment who wants to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work.

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts

• Subcontractor procurement and management

• Valuations and applications for payment

• Cost reporting and forecasting

• Variations and change control

• Final accounts

• Working closely with operational teams and clients

• Monitoring contract performance, margins and commercial risk

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across:

• Social housing

• Planned maintenance

• Decent Homes

• Kitchens and bathrooms

• Roofing

• Internals and externals

• Retrofit

• Fire safety works

• Capital works programmes

• Refurbishment
