R&D Manager, Heat Pump Innovation & Production

Octopus Energy Group, based in Portadown, is seeking an R&D Manager to lead the team responsible for developing the next generation of heat pump technology. This senior, hands-on role owns the full development process—from initial design through testing, compliance and productionisation—and requires steering the technical direction of R&D while guiding engineers and technicians.
