This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys bringing structure to projects, working with different teams and helping colleagues overcome obstacles so that projects can be delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project reports for R&D Leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, delays and areas requiring escalation.
- Support adherence to agreed project management methods, processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project documentation and ensure reviews, records and supporting information are completed and maintained.
- Organise and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, assigning actions and tracking progress through to completion.
- Set up new R&D projects within the relevant systems and ensure project information is accurately recorded.
- Monitor project actions and deadlines, proactively following up with stakeholders where required.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary R&D teams to maintain clarity around project ownership, priorities and delivery dates.
- Identify potential project roadblocks and proactively support the team in resolving them.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working with a wide range of people.
You should be someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively and is willing to proactively seek out ways to support the wider R&D team.
You Will Need
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent.

- Good judgement, self-motivation and perseverance.
- The ability to understand and balance different viewpoints and priorities.
- Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to identify work that needs to be done and take ownership of it.
- A high degree of computer literacy.
- The ability to set expectations and consistently deliver against them.
