RAID Lead – ARCA ASSURE

Rate: £400/day IR35: Outside IR35 Location: Remote Duration: Long-term contract opportunity

ARCA ASSURE is our PMO as a Service offering, providing experienced programme controls, assurance and delivery support into complex transformation programmes.

We are looking for an experienced RAID Lead to join the ARCA ASSURE team, where you will work on a major mutil-Trust digital transformation programme

This is a senior programme controls role with responsibility for establishing and driving effective management of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across a large and complex programme.

You will work closely with programme leadership, workstream leads and individual Trust teams to ensure RAID is actively managed rather than simply reported.

Key responsibilities

Own and maintain the programme-level RAID framework and processes

Work with programme and workstream leads to identify and assess emerging risks and issues

*

Drive clear ownership, mitigation actions and resolution dates

*

Identify and manage cross-workstream and cross-organisation dependencies

*

Challenge ineffective or overdue mitigations and ensure appropriate escalation

*

Support programme governance and senior-level reporting

*

Analyse RAID themes and interdependencies to identify wider programme impacts

*

Work closely with planning, reporting and assurance colleagues within ARCA ASSURE

*

Help establish consistent programme controls across multiple organisations

Experience required

*

Significant experience working within large, complex digital transformation programmes

*

Strong programme-level RAID, risk, dependency or programme controls experience

*

Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams, organisations and senior stakeholder groups

*

Able to challenge constructively and drive action with senior programme stakeholders

*

Strong understanding of programme governance and assurance

Experience within the NHS is highly desirable, particularly on large EPR or clinical system transformation programmes.

This is not a PMO administration role. We are looking for someone capable of owning programme-level RAID and providing effective challenge and control across a complex transformation environment
