Northern is seeking a Director of Service Delivery for West and North Yorkshire to lead safety-focused train operations, drive performance, and shape the future of how we operate. You will oversee day-to-day services, guide frontline teams, and collaborate with Engineering, Operational Readiness, and Network Rail to keep trains on time and safe.
