Rail Transformation Change Lead

Rail Delivery Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to help RDG prepare for Day One of GBR and the phased transition. You will lead a structured change strategy across people, processes and culture and engage senior stakeholders through a period of significant transformation.

The role requires excellent communication, strong change management methods and a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder change within political or public policy environments.
