Reablement Support Worker - Great Yarmouth & Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about supporting people to regain their independence and live life on their own terms? Our Reablement Service is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team.

As a Community Support Worker in our Reablement team, you’ll work with individuals who need short‑term support following discharge from hospital, illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role is to help people rebuild confidence and learn or re‑learn daily living skills so they can remain safely and independently in their own homes.

Shift patterns of 7 on / 7 days off, and 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm available.

Hourly rate: Weekdays £13.10, Weekends £14.06

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are compassionate, patient, and a great communicator
• Previous care experience (minimum 2 years)
• Enjoy supporting people to build independence and improve quality of life
• Can work flexibly, including some weekends
• Hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Are keen to learn and develop in a supportive team environment

Full Training & Paid Induction

• 6 days paid induction at our Beccles branch
