Reactive Repairs Technician - Carpentry & Plumbing

Ian Williams Ltd. is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative to join our Leeds-based Response team, delivering reactive repairs in occupied residences with a focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will perform second fix tasks primarily in carpentry, with plumbing and plastering as needed, in domestic housing environments. A full UK driving licence is required, NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry preferred, and you will work a 39-hour week with the potential for overtime on a rota basis.
