About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure promising properties in and around Birmingham . This role involves market research, site visits, and deal structuring to expand our client's property portfolio. You will work closely with the investment team to ensure acquisitions align with strategic objectives. This is a hybrid role, blending remote analysis with on-site evaluations and client meetings in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and possesses strong deal-making acumen within the competitive UK property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential real estate acquisition opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence.
- Analyze market data, property values, and investment potential to make informed recommendations.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process through to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and present findings to the acquisition committee.
- Stay abreast of market trends, zoning regulations, and economic factors affecting property values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate acquisition, investment, or property development.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, comfortable interacting with diverse parties.
- Familiarity with the Birmingham real estate market and surrounding areas is advantageous.
