About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a sharp and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join their investment team based in Oxford . This crucial role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing new property acquisitions to expand the company's portfolio. You will conduct thorough market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to assess investment viability. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities across various property types and locations.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and site visits to assess investment potential.
• Develop detailed financial models and feasibility studies to evaluate the profitability and risks of potential acquisitions.
• Manage the due diligence process, including coordinating with legal counsel, surveyors, and other third parties.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable deal structures.
• Prepare investment memos and present acquisition proposals to senior management and investment committees.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to generate deal flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or a related analytical role.
• Proven ability to underwrite and analyze real estate deals, including strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK property market and acquisition processes.
