Our client is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join their growing, remote-based team. This role is critical in identifying, analyzing, and securing new investment opportunities across various property sectors. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support the company's strategic growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities that align with investment criteria.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and site visits.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow projections and ROI calculations.
- Manage the due diligence process, coordinating with legal, environmental, and technical teams.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and manage relationships with sellers and brokers.
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committee.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions , finance, or investment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Deep understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and deal structuring.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a robust pipeline in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
